How long delivery takes

Orders ship from our supplier's warehouses, usually in China. Transit

is typically 10 to 20 days depending on destination. The estimate for

your country is shown on every product page and again at checkout.

Import duty

Some destinations charge import duty. Where we can, we collect it at

checkout and prepay it, and the checkout total says so. Where we

cannot, the carrier bills you on delivery and we tell you that before

you pay, on the product page and in the order summary.

United States: the $800 duty-free allowance was suspended in

August 2025, so every parcel entering the US attracts duty.

Returns

Ask for a return from your order page within 30 days of delivery.
